The article says college grads with a four year degree are not hired because they are not a "good fit." These companies need to be looked at closely because this is why they cannot fill the positions. THEY REFUSE TO HIRE COLLEGE GRADUATES WHO CAN PASS THEIR TESTS. They want a factory worker and not a college grad. Guess what the difference is between the two. Human resource professionals know the difference but can only do what the boss says do.
